The announcement text: We are looking for an individual to undertake the role of Floor Administration Team Leader
for the Hammersmith area – primarily looking after the Property Group based in London. This role is part of the Regional Team.
The prime responsibility for this post will be to co-ordinate and manage the Administration, Reception and Secretarial services provided primarily to the Property Group.
You should : -
• Be pro-active and assertive.
• Have a calm manner.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and POWERPOINT.
• Be flexible (willing to go that extra mile when needed).
• Be willing to work late when necessary.
• Be able to manage time, work and staff.
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years experience, be patient, well organized, accurate and have a good sense of humour. Also, experience in a technical environment is useful.
